Now there’s a fast and easy way to turn consumer opinions into discounts and free stuff, all for answering a few short questions. Most surveys are location triggered, so by having your phone (and the app) with you while visiting your favorite restaurants and retail stores, you’ll be eligible receive survey invites after your visits. Please note that not all visits will generate a survey.

The SurveyMini app is designed to provide a variety of rewards for completing surveys. You may be awarded with points you can use toward gift cards, or special offers (e.g., dollars off, % off, free items) to some of your favorite brands. Your rewards will appear inside the SurveyMini wallet each time you complete a survey.

Surveys expire after 72 hours to guarantee the highest level of recall and accuracy. To make sure you receive more points and access to great offers, take the survey as soon as you can once you receive the notification.

Surveys are triggered by visits to your favorite spots (restaurants, stores, airports, etc.)—limited to one survey per brand per month. If you’re not actively visiting locations you may not receive very many surveys.

If you’re not receiving surveys, or your notification indicates you received a survey but you don’t see the survey in the app, then SurveyMini may be lacking the necessary permissions to understand your location to trigger relevant surveys.

To keep receiving SurveyMini surveys and to keep getting rewarded for your participation, please check the following:

On iPhone:
  1. Do you have Location Services enabled for SurveyMini (Settings > Privacy > Location Services > find SurveyMini)?
  2. Do you have Background App Refresh enabled for SurveyMini (Settings > General > Background App Refresh > find SurveyMini)?
  3. Is your iPhone running the most recent version of the SurveyMini app available in the App Store?
  4. Are you logged into your SurveyMini account?
On Android:
  1. Do you have Location Services enabled for your phone? (Settings > Location services)
  2. Is your phone running the most recent version of the SurveyMini app available in the Google Play Store?
  3. Are you logged into your SurveyMini Account?

We love your enthusiasm, but unfortunately creating multiple accounts won’t increase the number of surveys you receive, and our system may identify it as suspicious and block your original account. Your favorite brands are counting on you for balanced, informed opinions and insights. Too many responses from one individual may skew the data.

Our system deactivates accounts after more than 90 days of inactivity and automatically removes points.
To make sure we recognize your account as active, please verify the following:

On iPhone:

  1. Your phone settings are configured to allow SurveyMini access to Location Services and Notification Center
  2. You’re running the most recent version of the SurveyMini app available in the App Store

On Android:

  1. Your phone settings are configured to allow SurveyMini access (Settings > Location services)
  2. You’re running the most recent version of the SurveyMini app available in the Google Play Store

Note: Based on your visits, you should receive a survey in just a few days. Once you receive and take a survey, let us know and we’ll happily return your points (surveyminisupport.smg.com). If you don’t receive a survey, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app, and then use your email and password credentials to login. This often will prompt any queued surveys to be delivered.

Let’s figure this out! If you’ve been actively providing feedback along with keeping your location services active within the last 90 days, then the SurveyMini app may just need a quick refresh. Please restart your phone and log back in to the SurveyMini app to check out the rewards center. If you’re still having issues, reach out to us at surveyminisupport.smg.com.

Hang tight! Allow 1-2 hours for your gift card to process and keep an eye out for an email from delivery@e-giftcarddelivery.com or noreply@em7610.diggecard.co.uk (SurveyMini Rewards). If you do not find the email in your inbox, check out your spam or junk folders.

Unfortunately, you’re unable to change or exchange your gift card. To provide you with your well-deserved gift card as soon as possible, we submit your selected and confirmed gift card into processing immediately.

We’re sad to see you go! Please send us a note at surveyminisupport.smg.com and we’ll delete your profile and account. You’re welcome to return to the SurveyMini panel at any time.

If you previously logged in through Facebook but deleted your Facebook account, then you won’t be able to receive a password reset email. Please reach out to our team at surveyminisupport.smg.com and we’ll update your account to not require Facebook credentials.
